BELGRADE - The new Serbian government on Thursday held its first session, chaired by PM Djuro Macut.
The government adopted orders necessary for the work of Macut's cabinet.
Petar Janjic was named the government's secretary-general, an official statement said.
Pursuant to its standing orders, the government will also hold regular sessions on Thursdays.
Macut congratulated the ministers on being elected to their posts and wished them success in their work.
