BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic condemned in the strongest terms the blockaders' violence against journalists and editors of the national public broadcaster RTS and noted that Serbia would have the strength to protect the constitutional order.
In a video posted on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account, Vucic called on the competent state authorities to take various measures to protect the Constitution and the law in the coming days.
"To re-establish the legal order, to protect public order and peace, and to make it completely clear that Serbia is a functional state - and I ask them to, as much as possible, do that without using force. In cases where force is necessary, it should be the least possible, in order to resolve things," he said.
