NAPLES - The NATO Joint Force Command in Naples (JFCNP) said on Wednesday NATO supported the EU-facilitated Belgrade-Pristina dialogue as the only way forward to address political issues for the benefit of all communities.
In a post on X following a meeting between its Commander Adm Stuart Munsch and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade, the JFCNP said they had discussed promoting stability in the Western Balkans and the security situation in the Serbian Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija.
"JFCNP Commander, Admiral Munsch, met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade to confirm NATO’s commitment to promoting stability in the Western Balkans, and to discuss the security situation in Kosovo and advancing NATO’s longstanding partnership with Serbia.
He also emphasised NATO’s support for the EU-facilitated Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue as the only way forward to address political issues for the benefit of all communities," the post said.
