BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with former Austrian chancellor Sebastian Kurz in Belgrade on Friday to discuss the political situation in Serbia.
In post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram profile, Vucic wrote that he had told Kurz Serbia was certain to return to the path of economic and political successes after "several months of terror."
He noted that they had also discussed other important topics, including Serbia-Austria relations.
"A cordial meeting with a good old friend. We discussed all important topics, and I also informed him of the political situation in our country. I said that, after several months of the terror Serbia has been through, our country is certain to return to the path of economic and political successes. We both expressed a desire to establish even better and firmer ties between Serbia and Austria," Vucic wrote in the post.
