ZURICH - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik in Zurich on Wednesday, noting that Serbia and Srpska would continue to work on all joint projects at an accelerated pace.
"A cordial meeting with President Milorad Dodik here in Zurich as well. Mile gave me the best advice before the Zurich Speech: 'Say only what you think and what our people feel, and that will suffice,'" Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account.
He noted that Dodik was right about one thing.
"For us Serbs, the rules have always been different - everything everyone else has been able to do, we have been unable to do, and everything that is allowed to others is not allowed to us. We cannot change the world, but we can be honest to our people as well as to those who have made up special principles for the Serbs and punished them just because they are not obedient enough," Vucic added.
Vucic, who is on a two-day working visit to Switzerland, will be visiting Zurich and Berne.
On Wednesday, Vucic will meet with prominent international entrepreneurs and address the Zurich Speech conference, hosted by the Weltwoche magazine.
