ARANDJELOVAC - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on Thursday Czech PM Petr Fiala would visit Serbia soon, and noted that he expected even greater Czech involvement in infrastructure projects in Serbia.
Vucic said this during a tour of a new plant of non-alcoholic beverages producer Knjaz Milos in Arandjelovac, central Serbia.
Knjaz Milos is owned by the Czech company Mattoni.
Asked by a Czech reporter if he was pleased with the investment, Vucic responded it was a major investment worth nearly 30 mln euros and that it was not to be underestimated.
"It is a large and important investment for us. It is especially important considering the Knjaz Milos brand, one of the most important brands in our country. Also, our cooperation with Czechia is growing, we will soon have a joint committee, and PM Petr Fijala will come soon," Vucic said.
He also said he expected substantial Czech involvement in Serbia's infrastructure projects and that the cooperation could grow.
