MIAMI - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Miami Masters fourth round after beating world number 65 Camilo Ugo Carabelli of Argentina 6-1, 7-6 (7-1) on Sunday evening.
Djokovic, who is placed fifth in the ATP rankings, won after an hour and 47 minutes of play.
The Serbian will next face Lorenzo Musetti.
Djokovic has a 7-1 head-to-head ratio against the Italian.
The prize money at the Miami Masters is 9,193,540 dollars.
