Orange Blossom Carnival is in full swing in the Turkish city of Adana, filling the streets with colour, music and the scent of blooming orange trees.
Adana's streets have been transformed by the annual Orange Blossom Carnival, as crowds gather to celebrate this year’s theme, World’s Children, under the slogan “Where there are children, there is hope.”
The carnival parade, which began at Atatürk Park, stretches around two kilometres through the city centre, featuring participants in colourful costumes and a festive atmosphere.
Part of the Cultural Road Festival, the event has drawn crowds from across Türkiye and beyond. With over 200 activities planned until 13 April, organisers are expecting up to 1.5 million visitors this year. The air is filled with the sweet scent of orange blossoms, adding a special touch to the festive mood.
