BELGRADE - Serbia's caretaker Finance Minister Sinisa Mali met with IMF Resident Representative in Serbia Lev Ratnovski on Thursday to discuss current global developments, and implementation of major capital projects was also one of the topics.
Mali noted that Serbia's arrangement with the IMF was a guarantee of continued reforms in Serbia, further contributing to improvement of the economic environment and the citizens' quality of life.
"We discussed economic trends in our country, macroeconomic indicators, the anticipated economic growth for this year and plans for the coming period. Accordingly, we also discussed the current non-financial arrangement we have with the IMF in the form of a Policy Coordination Instrument (PCI), as well as the accomplishment of objectives envisioned by it," Mali wrote in an Instagram post.
